Due to the nature of our products, we can't offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after your order has shipped.
You may cancel your order (except custom orders) for a full refund at any time before it is shipped. If you need to cancel a custom order, please contact us immediately.
If you find something wrong with your order once you receive it (e.g., the wrong item was sent, an item is missing, etc), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and an explanation of what's wrong. We'll work with you to make it right.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for damage incurred during transit. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please file a claim with the carrier first, then contact us and include your claim number from the carrier.
